# Your numbers stay with you

## What the tools do with your numbers

The calculators run in your browser. The values you enter, like units, prices and dates, are not sent to our servers or stored.

## If you chat with us on WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons only open a chat in WhatsApp with a ready-made message. Nothing is sent until you press send. Whoever answers will see your number and what you write, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to the chat.

## Suggestions

Some pages show a small suggestion after you have been reading for a while. Your browser remembers when you close it, for two weeks, so it doesn't come back. If you ran the diversification what-if, your browser also remembers the share of your net worth it showed, until you close the tab, so the suggestion can match. None of this is sent to us.

## If someone shared a link with you

A link from a sales contact can carry a short code for that person. We remember it in your browser tab and add it to the sign-up link and to the WhatsApp message, so they get credit. It identifies them, not you.

## Exchange rates

When you open a calculator, your browser asks api.frankfurter.dev for the latest USD/INR rate. That service can see your IP address, as any site you visit would. We don't send it anything you type.

## If you sign up for emails or WhatsApp

Some pages let you ask for an email: your numbers, reminders before vests or tax deadlines, or news about a company or rule changes. Here is what that involves.

- What we collect: your email address, your mobile number if you add one, the company if you picked one, and what you were doing when you signed up, such as the numbers you chose to email yourself or the vest dates you entered. We also note which page and form you used, how you reached the site (the website you came from, or a campaign or a person's link), your country and city as your connection shows them, and your browser and device type.
- Where it is kept: in a Google Sheet that only the RSU Hub team can open. Google stores it for us.
- Why: only to send what you asked for. Each form says exactly what you are agreeing to. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.
- Your consent: we keep a record of what you agreed to, the wording you saw and when, so we can show it if asked.
- Changing your mind: every email we send says how to stop them, and WhatsApp messages will say reply STOP. You can also write to [harmeet@stockal.com](mailto:harmeet@stockal.com).
- Deleting your data: ask us and we will delete it.
- Complaints: tell us first. If we can't sort it out, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

## If you click through to Borderless

RSU Hub has partnered with Borderless. When you click Diversify you reach a page on RSU Hub that explains the partnership, and the button there takes you to Borderless's site. If you came from the diversification calculator, your what-if is kept in your browser's session storage so that page can show it; it never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab. What you share on Borderless is covered by Borderless's own privacy policy.

## What our host may log

Like any website, our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

## Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, where visitors came from and broad details such as country and device type. It does not use cookies. A visit is recognised by a hash made from the request, which Vercel resets every day, so a visitor cannot be followed between days or between sites. It is used for totals, not to find out who you are, and nothing you type into the tools is sent to it.

We also use Fibr, a website personalization and analytics tool, to see how people use RSU Hub and to test different versions of our pages. Its script runs in your browser and sends information about your visit, such as the pages you view, what you click and basic browser and device details, to Fibr. It may use cookies or similar browser storage to recognise a returning visitor. Fibr's own privacy policy explains what it collects and how it uses it.
