**Which USD/INR rate should I use?**

For a quick estimate of what your RSUs are worth, use today's market rate. For tax at vesting or sale, Indian rules refer to the SBI telegraphic transfer buying rate, so use that for tax calculations instead.

**Does this include tax?**

No. This is the gross value before tax. Use the sell-to-cover calculator to estimate the tax on vest day.
