# Vest calendar (.ics)

*Free tool · runs in your browser*

Pick a vesting schedule, get every vest date, and drop them into Google, Apple or Outlook calendar with a reminder a week before.

*This page has an interactive calculator. Use it on the web page: https://rsu-hub.vercel.app/tools/vest-calendar/.*

## How it works

Pick a schedule and a start date, or type your own dates. You get a list of every vest and a calendar file with an all-day event and a reminder seven days before. Open the file to add the events to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

## Quick answers

**Are my dates exact?**

The presets are common patterns. Your grant documents are the source of truth, so use the custom option to enter your exact dates.

**Is my data stored?**

No. The calendar file is built in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to a server.
